We carry 4 ‘Categories’ of items for Insect Control.
Each works differently and each is applied differently.
Bee Gone is added to water and sprayed on the exterior of your wood/log home. Generally for dealing with Carpenter Bees. Being a Pyretheroid Insecticide it can help control other insects also.
Bug Juice is also added to water and kills insects that alight (land) on treated Interior/Exterior surfaces. Being a ‘synthetic pyrethroid’ it can be used inside as well.
NBS30 (Stands for ‘No Bug Stuff’…no kiddin) is added to your final coat of finish…either Oil or Water based.
Borates...This is a broad enough spectrum of products that we list them in their own sections:
- Borates…Powdered and Liquid are applied to bare wood…either new, or after cleaning and prior to application of finish for good penetration.
- Borates…Solid Rods can be applied from any time as these are placed into the wood by pre-drilling holes and sealing them in the wood for long term protection.
