The Mixing Ratios: Because Sashco TimberBright is sold as a concentrate, 1 gallon of pure concentrate can make anywhere from 2 to 10 gallons of mixed cleaner:- Standard/Light Cleaning (1:10 ratio): Mix 1 part cleaner to 10 parts water. This yields 11 gallons of total solution, which covers roughly 3,300 to 4,400 sq. ft.
- Aggressive Cleaning (1:2 ratio): Mix 1 part cleaner to 2 parts water. This yields 3 gallons of total solution, which covers roughly 900 to 1,200 sq. ft.
