Wood is Good urethane head mallets
These Carver’s mallets have a urethane head and are guaranteed not to crack or split.
The anti-shock quality of the head imparts greater force to your tool.
The handle is hardwood and the length is 10-1/2″.
NOTE: Picture above shows the 20 or 30 oz. mallet on the left (they’re the same size visually), and the 18oz. mallet on the right.
Our understanding is they pour a bit of lead inside the head of the 18 oz. to give it the necessary weight for it’s relatively smaller size.
