1/4 Pitch Spur Sprockets

To find out whether there is a 1/4 pitch spur sprocket available for your make and model of saw do the following:

  • Check the list for your make of saw, (e.g. Echo, Husqvarna, Stihl. If your Make of saw is not on the list, you're out of luck)
  • Then check to see if your model of saw is listed, (example: Echo CS-280 is listed and takes a "L" series sprocket. Echo CS-100 is not listed and as far as we know, there is no 1/4 pitch spur sprocket available for that saw).

Remember: To convert your saw to 1/4 pitch means you need a Bar, Chain, and Sprocket that are all 1/4 pitch, 050 gauge. If you need a bar and chain check HERE to find what's available.

If you've never ordered a 1/4 pitch sprocket for your saw, the serial number on your saw can be a big help to assuring we get a correct fit the first time.

Echo

It sometimes helps with echo to send us the serial number on the saw or the part # on your regular sprocket as the sprocket size can change with the date of saw mfg.
