There are two kinds of DVDs: "NTSC DVDs" and "PAL DVDs."
Some players only play NTSC discs, others play PAL and NTSC discs.
The
DVD's we sell are NTSC. NTSC is the TV format used in Canada, Japan,
Mexico, Philippines, Taiwan, United States. Many international DVD
players are capable of playing both types.
Sorry...No returns on opened Videos or DVD's...unless it's a replacement issue, then only for the same Title.
