PermaRov (tube) style roving is sheep's wool encased in a 2 mil plastic tube for easy installion in the laterals of handcrafted log shells...and around door and window jambs. The plastic casing makes it much easier to work with in wet conditions.

Wool absorbs, buffers, and de-sorbs moisture, providing you a safeguard against condensate buildup.

• PermaRov is treated with borates, a naturally occcuring element (think 20 mule team borax), that helps provide fire and vermin resistance.
• The non-petroleum based casing on PermaRov provides assurance that the material stays where you put it.
• PermaRov casing is perforated to allow the consistent "breathability" of wool's inherent physical nature.
• PermaRov wool filler is 'blown' into the casing to a density of approximately 2 lbs. per cubic foot..

25' long tubes...weighing approximately 2 lbs...there is around 1-3/4lb. of sheeps wool insulation in each tube. Tubes are approximately 2 to 2-1/2" in diameter and easily compressible.
