Stains and varnishes are removed along with collected dirt, mold, mildew and mill glaze...saying that, it is listed as a 'corrosive' for shipping purposes...thus we only ship it ground and not out of the USA.

DEFY Exterior Wood Stain Stripper removes most oil and latex based finishes including: clear film-forming varnishes, polyurethanes, solid color and semitransparent stains.
