The handle angles away from your work to create more hand clearance.
Two Styles available:
The Scarf Slick is a favorite among log-smiths and also very popular for dressing hand-hewn timbers; these slicks are great for cleaning up corners after logs are stacked.
Considered a must for dovetailed timberwork with a mild sweep and a curved edge which gives you a slight concave cut.
Invaluable for cutting scarf joints on your timber projects, this slick is a favorite among log and timber smiths.
It is also well-suited for cleaning up adzed timbers.
