Lil' Red 5" nylon bristle buffing brush

The bristles on this nylon bristle cup brushes are round, shorter than on the Osborn, and red in color.

• Bristle length of 1-1/2"
• Thread hole size of 5/8 x 11, (same as the Osborn above).

For many people these seem to last every bit as long and are less expensive than the Osborn brand.

The key is to not apply excessive pressure while using.

• Maximum RPM  4500 rpm.
• Operating RPM 1000-1800
• Works best on a  Variable Speed Sander/Polisher.

Note: Due to the shorter bristle length only the "tips" of the bristles are doing the work, consequently only light pressure is required to achieve effective brushing action. Excessive operating pressure will reduce the service life of the brush.

Note: Can also be used to polish/clean engine blocks, prepare your pickup bed for spray on bed liner...
